Shipping Charges and Delivery Times

How is shipping charges calculated?

* Shipping charges are calculated according to the total weight of your purchase. You can save on shipping by purchasing multiple at one time.

* Some products have Free Shipping or Shipping Included offers. These offers will be marked as free shipping in the title and/or description of the item..

* If you are shipping a gift, please inform the recipient that a package has been sent so that the delivery will not be refused. If a package is returned to us, we will bill the purchaser for all related shipping charges.

* The majority of the items we sell are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you purchase multiple items they might arrive in multiple boxes and on different days. [to top]

Can I get my stuff in a hurry?

Express Services - Yes, if you need your items in a hurry and you didn't get them that way when checking out give us a call and we can get this changed for you most of the time.

How soon will I get my order?

* Estimated shipping times are listed on each items information page. Ground shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

* Ground shipping time is typically usually be 1 - 5 business days after the order is shipped, depending on where you live and where it's shipped from.

* Orders submitted with the wrong billing information will need verification and therefore will be delayed. The estimated shipping times do not apply in these instances. We ask that you please enter your billing address & phone number exactly as stated on your credit card statement so that your order is processed efficiently. [to top]

How do I place an order online?

Ordering is easy and convenient! Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "check out" for your order total. Once you have entered your shipping address, the shipping total will appear to the right of the "payment options" screen. [to top]

Can I place orders by phone?

We accept phone orders toll-free at 1-800-668-6466. Our customer-care consultants are available Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM EST to answer your questions. We'd love to talk to you!

Can you put a "rush" on my order?

If you need your items before the normal processing and shipping time, please call customer service at 1-800-668-6466 during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM EST. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

What are my payment options?

Orders can be placed online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Cards. If you'd like to pay by check, your order must be placed by phone. After your order is placed, please send your check to:

How do I make changes or cancel my order?

Please verify your order confirmation immediately upon receipt to verify the details of your order. You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order is not in processing and has not been personalized. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer care representative at 1-800-664-6466 as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges.
